Our first aid training is endorsed and recommended as CPD training for members of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Australian College of Nursing (ACN).

Can a person with a disability attend your first aid courses?

Yes. A person with a disability can attend our courses.
Regulations require students to perform specific activities to attain full certifcation. If these activities are not performed, a Statement of Attendance would be issued instead.
For certfication, a successful student would need to demonstrate use of all their senses in relation to monitoring a casualty and observing potentially dangerous surroundings. Another requirement is being able to kneel on the floor to perform CPR on a manikin for 2 minutes, uninterrupted.
